Motion Design

For my final project I wanted to focus on intersectionality and how it can affect those who deal with two or more intersecting identities. To do this I’ve chosen to create a range of drawings of characters and environments. With these, I would like to create a small indie game. This game will be a point-and-click adventure talking about intersectionality and how people deal with it in daily life.
While studying at Ara I learned a lot about the creative industry and what it takes to be a part it. Through the three years I’ve studied here I’ve picked up good skills such as being able to produce a range of concepts. This allows me to not only produce ideas but allows me to give clients a range of images that they can choose from. This degree also allowed me to have a better understanding of communicating with others, which is important when doing projects or communicating with clients who are looking to commission me for illustration work.
