Motion Design

It’s been said that advanced technology can make our lives better, yet it can be abused if it’s in the wrong hands.
I created concept art for a survival video game named Division set in a fictional world in 2025 where an intelligence explosion (or technological singularity)
has just occurred.
It’s a period during which the pace of technological growth becomes out of control, resulting in the irreversible transformation of human life. The ecosystems and civilisations of this world are on the verge of collapse due to human development. It’s based on the predictions made by the notable scientist/futurist Ray Kurzweil and visualised in my style.
This game explores how artificial intelligence could impact our lives and actions when AI gains self-awareness and the ability to overpower humanity. To convey the hypothetical situations, I used semiotic conventions and colour psychology in my concept
design to evoke moods and emotions to communicate with the audience.
While I’ve acquired various technical skills during my study at Ara, I figured out that my passion is for creating and visualising stories, environments and characters. Therefore, I would like to work as a professional concept artist/visual development artist in the game industry.
